COMMUNICATION OF DRIVER'S DATA
As a result of a violation that involves a reduction of points there has been intimated , as owner of the vehicle with which the violation was committed, or other jointly and severally obliged due to art. 196 c.d.s., to communicate WITHIN 60 DAYS since the you received the violation at home the personal data and the details of the driving license of the person that was driving the vehicle at the time of the violation, by completing and sending the printed form attached to the notified report, or the courtesy form at the bottom of the page, to the Police Department of municipality of Metropolitan City of Bologna in Via Peglion 21 - 40128 Bologna (BO). Below are the instructions for sending the documentation:
1. At the Police Department of municipality of Metropolitan City of Bologna in via Peglion 21, on Mondays and Thursdays from 9.00 to 12.00 and from 14.30 to 16.30
